The Rolex Miami OCR has a track record for high attendance by foreign teams and is the only  International Sailing Federation (ISAF) Sailing World Cup event in the U.S. for Olympic and Paralympic classes.

Established in 1990, this annual event organized by the Olympic Sailing Committee of US SAILING, is sailed on Biscayne Bay and features elite-level competition in the classes selected for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

One - 9" graham cracker pie shell

One - 14 oz. can Sweetened condensed milk

3 - egg yolks (whites not used)

1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice

Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice

Blend until smooth

Pour filling into pie shell and  

bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating

Just before serving top with freshly whipped 

cream and garnish with lime slices

     Over the years, Great Lakes Scuttlebutt expanded on the Great Lakes mainly focusing on Ohio and Michigan. In July of 2001, Jerry was confronted with the need of a heart transplant and found he could not continue a one-man business for Great Lakes Scuttlebutt. Therefore, Erik Kyle took the helm in August 2001 and Jerry received his heart transplant in late November 2001 (which went very well.)

     Currently, Great Lakes Scuttlebutt has expanded even further and is available on the coast of Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake St. Clair, Lake Huron (including Southern Georgian Bay) and Lake Michigan.
